Null Lairson provides a wide range of benefits for every employee. Some benefit programs require contributions from the employee, but most are fully paid by the Firm. Our goal is to provide a professional work environment, a competitive benefits package and adequate insurance coverage for our employees and their families. | Continuing Professional Education We will pay for professional education courses approved in advance by the Firm’s management. |
| Professional Dues We will pay professional dues associated with an employee’s current duty assignment. |
