Work Life Benefits

Null Lairson provides a wide range of benefits for every employee. Some benefit programs require contributions from the employee, but most are fully paid by the Firm. Our goal is to provide a professional work environment, a competitive benefits package and adequate insurance coverage for our employees and their families. We think we have done that by offering the following benefit programs:

Salaries
Competitive salaries are offered based on your achievements and experience. Performance and compensation are reviewed at least annually.

Major Medical and Dental Insurance
The Firm's health insurance plan provides you and your dependents access to medical and dental insurance benefits.
Life Insurance
The Firm provides a basic life insurance plan for eligible employees as part of the overall health insurance plan.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
Disability insurance offers you important financial protection.
401(k) Profit Sharing Plan
The Firm has established a 401(k) profit sharing plan to provide employees with the potential for future financial security for retirement.
Section 125 Plan
This benefit allows eligible employees pre-tax deductions for health care and dependent care expenses.
Continuing Professional Education
We will pay for professional education courses approved in advance by the Firm’s management.
Professional Dues
We will pay professional dues associated with an employee’s current duty assignment.

Paid Time Off
Paid time off is available for vacation, sick and personal time. It is earned and available for use on a monthly basis. For full time employees with 0-1 years of service, you earn 10 hours a month or 120 hours annually. The annual amount of PTO increases by 8 hours each year and limited to 160 hours after five years of service.

Holidays
The Firm will grant holiday time off to all employees on the holidays listed below:
  • New Year's Day (January 1)
  • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (first Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas (December 25)
  • Other days at management discretion
Free Parking
We pay monthly parking charges in designated park at each employee’s primary office.
Smoke Free Workplace
In keeping with our intent to provide a safe and healthful work environment, smoking is prohibited throughout our workplace.
